Refund policy

This policy covers paid digital recipe bundles. It is a working draft prepared ahead of the shop launch and should be reviewed before bundles go on sale.

Bundles are digital files delivered by email, so they cannot be returned the way a physical product can. If a bundle does not arrive, arrives broken or is not what the page described, write to us within 14 days at hello@nourishdinedelight.com and we will put it right, with a fresh delivery or a full refund.

If you simply change your mind before downloading your bundle, tell us within 48 hours of purchase and we will refund you. Once a bundle has been downloaded we cannot refund a change of mind, though if something in it disappoints you we would genuinely like to hear about it.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or any other law that applies to you.
